Edward J. Rendon
Principal
Ed is a seasoned government relations professional with over 25 years of experience in the field. He has significant expertise working on behalf of a broad spectrum of client interests in the public and private sector including: education, transportation, tech, major retail chains, health insurance providers, long-term care providers, tax and consultancy groups, consumer product and home improvement companies.
Ed has a proven track record when dealing with all levels of business and government, and leads the team of government relations professionals here at SoCal Advocacy. He is a graduate of Loyola High School of Los Angeles, Loyola Marymount University and earned a Master of Arts degree from Eastern Michigan University in Guidance & Counseling.
In addition to his Southern California responsibilities, he is a member of the lobbying team at Capitol Advocacy, one of Sacramento’s top lobbying firms.

Tracey is Principal of Downtown LA-based Veritas Public Affairs and brings more than 20 years of government and political experience. An eight-year veteran of Los Angeles City Hall, Tracey gained first-hand experience about the inner workings of local policy, procedures and politics.
Tracey leverages her public affairs and government relations expertise to serve clients seeking to engage with elected officials and key decision-makers, navigate public agencies to overcome roadblocks, build coalitions to voice policy concerns, as well as elevate brand recognition for maximum marketing exposure.

Michael is an accomplished executive and entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry. He is currently the co-founder and CEO of two companies - Transcend Health, a healthcare startup focused on bringing direct primary care to employers at their worksite, and Alliance Medical Consulting, a leader in providing preventive healthcare services to patients with diabetes and other chronic health conditions. Before his entrepreneurial endeavors, Michael spent a number of years working in sales, management and business development for companies like Thermo Fisher Scientific and Merck. Michael holds a BA in Administrative Studies from UC Riverside and an MBA from Pepperdine University.
He also currently serves as the Chair of the Small Business Council at the Los Angeles Area Chamber of Commerce and is on the Executive Board of Governors for the Chamber. As a small business owner himself, Mr. Ochoa has been influential in impacting policy change and procurement opportunities to help small businesses thrive in the LA Region.
